Refund and Cancellation

Vidhayak Samajik Sanstha is a non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of marginalized communities. We deeply appreciate your contributions and support. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. Donations

• All donations made to Vidhayak Samajik Sanstha are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

• Donations are utilized for social welfare projects and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Duplicate Transactions

• If you believe a donation was processed multiple times by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

• Upon verification, we may process a refund for the duplicate amount.

3. Event Registrations and Sponsorships

• Fees paid for event participation, sponsorships, or workshops are non-refundable.

• If an event is canceled by Vidhayak Samajik Sanstha, participants may be eligible for a full or partial refund, as decided by the organization.

4. Technical Errors

• If a payment failure or incorrect transaction occurs due to a technical issue, please notify us immediately at vidayak123@gmail.com or call 9423395991 / 9689395991.

• Refunds for such cases will be processed after verification and may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Once a donation or sponsorship is made, cancellation is not permitted.

• In exceptional cases, if a cancellation request is made before funds are utilized, we will review the request at our discretion.
